7 Steps to become a Male Model - Step 7

We touched on rejection and persistence last time, and now we are going to talk about the lucky last, the 7th step of how to become a male model as inspired by Wander Aguiar.

Step 7: Keep your times open and have a flexible schedule. When an agent starts booking you in for shoots, you must be ready to be on location on very short notices. In particular if a model drops up and the shoot requires an urgent replacement. Production schedules work in their times not around yours, and depending what the client wants; an evening shot, swimming in the beach, a sunrise, wet in the rain you need to get ready and go. A passport is very convenient and a 'must have' for all models.

Not being available means that you won't be available for most jobs that get offered. Shoots are not the only things you need to keep your time to be available for.You need to be available for castings, open calls, and go-sees as well.
